I’m going to admit... I stole this idea from someone else on the Facebook group “Sew Tina Givens pattern discussion group”. I told her in comments when I saw it I was going to, it was so adorable.
This is the Jacqueline Crop. For mine, I shortened the bodice an inch and then made 6, 41” WOF panels. The fabric is all from stash. The black is cotton voile and the white, lol are curtain sheers I had put away thinking 🤔 I can use those for something. They washed beautifully so I knew they would work up nicely to sew with. I serged all my seams to the outside on the skirt for a different look and used French seams on the top.
I’ve given you the original picture of the design I copied. She changed the neckline. I can’t stand things hanging off my shoulders to much so I stayed with the pattern design. But hers is drop dead gorgeous. 🥰🥰
