When I first got platinum membership, it did the same thing. I emailed them, and it was fixed within a day.

I had the same problem for a little while. I think what finally worked was contacting them on the Sew Tina Givens Facebook site. I posted on their Facebook page that I was having trouble. None of the other “contact us” worked. Good luck! Then you can download as many patterns as you want!
