I'm looking forward to the workshop! The site is beautiful. So glad for all the perks of Gold membership.
BUT - it's sooooo hard to use the workshop site on a tablet, even a 10" one. It would be helpful to have a more responsive site where pages adjust to the screen width and depth. No way to remove that big yellow ask me anything tab. As I scroll down the page, the top navigation bar stays on screen, blocking a big chunk of the page. There are pages where text is not rendering where it should on the screen, so there's white on white text, or text over busy images making it unreadable. As so many of us now access the internet primarily via mobile devices, responsive webpages would do so much to enhance members experience of the site.
Hi Yes yes and yes We are currently ironing out the wrinkles lol So stay tuned and thank you Xozox
Tina, thanks for your positive beautiful spirit in a world that seems a little crazy at times. Wish i could have been here for you live today, but duty called. A few years ago i had a medical problem that nearly took my life and when i came out on the other side, my life changed in so many ways. No longer would i color my gray hair, no longer would i wear clothes i never liked, no more would i hate, so much good came from the bad and i have you to thank for providing the patterns for the type of clothing i always wanted to wear. i actually cried when i first saw your designs, they were me all the way! My wardrobe in entirely made with your patterns, with my hacks of course, and a few other basic patterns, made in linen mostly. I always feel great in my clothing now! Tina, you keep up the good work, because the beauty you create does make an impact on the world, I am your biggest fan and love you!
Sweet lady! Again I am so honored and Humbled by your words! Yes life is so short and we should express ourselves and be happy in our own clothes! It is all about ourselves and inner happiness! Your spirit shines girl! Love your little baby!
xoxoxoxo thank you for your words of encouragement ... smooches
Hello and thank you for this! I just turned 60 and am looking to wild out, though my clothes. I've been sewing since I was 11 so have always expressed myself through my clothes. I don't think that, just because I'm in my 60s, I should monitor what I wear, as long as I look and feel good in it. There's not much out there that appeals to a woman my age so it's good I still sew. I love rocking my individuality and encourage my women friends, no matter what age, to do the same. In a cookie-cutter world of cheap, throwaway clothes, I want quality and beauty. I love your patterns. They fit exactly what I'm looking for!
You’re so gorgeous
Again, I love that you encourage others. It’s a wonderful thing to share and just by being you believe me they see your happiness!

One of my all time favorites! What are you pairing this with in your ‘Ensembles’?
@Tina Givens Thinking of a ivory linen gauze Peplone jacket, made slightly shorter than the pattern and natural linen Jaqueline pants. Honestly at this point the ideas are coming so fast, i can barely get them on paper before another one pops up! lol! I am so inspired Tina!.
@vwelch118 that’s so awesome! Yessss on the shorter Peplone jacket what a great idea. Your layer lengths with respect to each other are so important! To make a taller impression make sure your jaqueline pants are ankle length or shorter Xoxoxoxo LOVE this outfit!
