Hi, I have been in the business of apparel for over 2 decades, and with my history in design, and entrepreneurship I have developed my new business course in THE SEWING PATTERN BUSINESS.
On a shoestring budget, I launched SEWTINAGIVENS featuring sewing patterns for a particular niche of the home sewing market. Having my personal signature on my designs, and a candid approach to sewing and construction, makes the craft of sewing a self-fulfilling and joyful pastime. Today we have almost 200 sewing patterns offered in both print and download form. The future is headed to an all-online strategy and is extremely lucrative as a small business model.
Designing and producing sewing patterns is half the journey in actually running a sewing pattern business. Behind the scenes are the nitty gritty parts to make the wheel turn. I teach branding, setting up your online channels, communications, and analysis to make your business in sewing patterns sustainable for the long term.
