ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

SPRING DETAILS!

PASSION ROMANTICISM & INSPIRATION

As a romantic at heart and an artist, my mood-board for this collection of garments is inspired by the beauty of simple art, stitching, and embellishments. I love taking basic garments and adding a splash of color, creating a fresh look. Using trim just in the right places is the perfect detail for any garment or accessory. Being able to customize each piece is so satisfying because it truly becomes your own.

Some of my favorite embellishments and trimmings are lace,rick-rack, patchwork, paint, stitches, and embroidery floss. Incorporating these into a wearable dress adds a personal touch without making it feel like “your grandma’s house dress”!

For those who prefer a simpler style, I offer options that are stylish yet minimalistic. You do not have to use fussy lace and trim that is more of your style, but I think you may find a few surprises for yourself along the way.

I  have a passion for making handbags and bags in general, so I’m excited to share some fabulous designs. I always carry a bag or purse that makes a statement to what I am wearing. Always a choice and a love for bags that do not look handmade.

I am thrilled to be here with you, taking you through a capsule of detailed pieces that will adorn and extend your wardrobe, yet enjoy the process and art of making your own clothes.

xoxo tg
