I LOVE THIS BUBBLY DRESS! Made in panels, pockets, and just a great shape! It uses a lot of fabric so pick something light, quilting cotton weight is lovely and holds the shape, light voile is divine and floaty if using linen use lightweight. This pattern is featured in the WINTER WORKS WORKSHOP. We had fun making it ... I am sure you will too.
Requires making darts, inserting elastic, and creating those elastic channels. I'd say this is an Intermediate level pattern.
